3 Square at Abingdon Theatre – July 24, 2006
Play a character. Have an emotion. Be specific. And if something unusual happens, call it out. John Lutz is stage left, Dan Bakkedahl in the middle and Rob Janas is stage right as the walk-on.
Zach Galifianakis
I can’t wait until Zach rolls through town again. It’ll be absolutely epic. [Update: This is the most incredible array of standup-interview podcasts in the nation. Dig it. Especially Zach’s interview.]
WeirDass at Abingdon Theatre – July 24, 2006

This was only my second time seeing Stephnie Weir (MADtv) and Bob Dassie perform their acclaimed, two-person longform show, WeirDass. The first was at the 2004 Del Close Marathon; and to this day, I still have fond memories of that set. As far as I’m concerned, no one does two-person improv better (See full text at The Apiary).
