Up for Adoption @ Mo Pitkins House of Satisfaction

Sept. 4, 2006
“North degree 50 and sideways degree 42.” A few of my improv peeps opened for The Society Club at Mo Pitkins on Monday night. This was their first time in front of a predominantly non-improv audience, and they did very well. I cannot lie — not all of it was great, but most of it was. And when the lights went out, ending the set, the house applauded for quite some time. I thought they did a great job, and I was at once both happy and jealous. All that said, though, they’re still just a bunch of improv nerds like me. Bitches!
