Oct. 23, 2007 (Day 23 of 31)
A few weeks ago, I decided to take up Sean Taylor’s open invitation to dine with him during his sixth annual celebration of National Pizza Month, wherein Sean eats (at least) one slice of pizza with (at least) one other person every day in October. I pitched this fine pizzeria, Amorina, in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Sean took me up on it, my friends Carl and Rebecca joined in, and the four of us shared delicious pizza and good conversation. It really was that simple.
Sean interviews chef Ruth Kaplan for his videoblog entry.

Co-chef Aaron Unger, who recommended this blog, “Rickshaw Without Borders.”
